Healing Your Inner Child
A compassionate and powerful session to identify and heal childhood wounds that are impacting your body, mind, and/or spirit. We will connect the dots to past hurts to current issues. I will then guide you on an inner journey to greet your wounded child, giving your inner child a chance to express what’s been inside you all this time. It's also a chance to "re-parent" your inner child, to give this child the parenting needed in the past. This often provides profound shifts in your life. You will also connect to your magical child, the playful self often left behind. This session provides deep healing and insights, as well as tools to continue working with your inner child as needed. Sessions are 90 minutes. $120 (Current students get $20 off). Virtual sessions available.
Spirit Painting to Reveal Your Soul's Messages
1. A sacred and unique shamanic tool that enables you to receive spiritual guidance and answers to pressing questions. Following certain protocols, you'll creating paintings freely and intuitively. Then we'll deeply dive into each, interpreting the messages, to see all that they reveal. A healing, insightful, and fun experience. No artistic skills needed. All materials supplied. 2 hours $150 (Current students get $20 off). In person only.
2. A reading of your spirit paintings you've done on your own. For those who have first had a Spirit Painting session with me. 1 hour $85 (Current students get $15 off). Virtual sessions available.

A potent combination of Healing Your Inner Child and Spirit Painting. After your Healing Your Inner Child Session, you'll then use the sacred tool of Spirit Painting to further explore and express the wounds of your inner child. This is also an opportunity for your magical child to have expression. sacred shamanic tool for you to receive spiritual guidance and answers to pressing questions. Following certain protocols, you'll creating paintings freely and intuitively. You and your practitioner will then interpret the paintings to see all that they reveal. A healing, insightful, and fun experience. No artistic skills needed. All materials supplied. 3 hours $250 (Current students get $25 off). In person only.
Personal Yoga Session
A one-on-one session to improve your yoga practice. We will focus on correcting your poses and postures as well as on any needed modifications for your body's requirements. If you're a new students, this is a great opportunity to learn poses with private attention, insuring you're doing them correctly. 1 hour $85 (Current students get $15 off). Virtual sessions available.
